  • anonymous feedback about your report or the pilot project.

We do not require your name, email address, phone number or account registration.

Your report is linked to a private access code, not to your identity.

3. Please do not submit unnecessary personal information

Before UBI is designed to work without identifying you personally.

Please do not include your full name, address, phone number, email address, employer name, client names or other details that could directly identify you unless you decide that it is necessary for your report.

If you include personal details in free-text answers, we may process them as part of your submission.

4. Optional sensitive information

The questionnaire may include an optional field where you can mention work-related constraints that may affect your career decisions.

Please avoid sharing detailed medical, health, family or other sensitive personal information unless you believe it is important for the report.

If you choose to provide such information, we will use it only to prepare or improve your report and not for advertising targeting.

5. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • prepare your personalized career risk report;
  • understand how AI, automation and robotics may affect your work tasks, skills and career direction;
  • provide access to your report through your private access code;
  • improve the quality, structure and usefulness of Before UBI reports;
  • analyse anonymous pilot feedback;
  • test whether people are interested in this type of service;
  • protect the website from misuse, spam or technical abuse.

We do not use your questionnaire answers to identify you personally.

7. Use of AI tools

Before UBI reports may be prepared with the help of AI tools and human review.

Information submitted through the questionnaire may be analysed using AI systems in order to prepare your report, improve the structure of reports and evaluate the pilot project.

We recommend that you do not submit unnecessary identifying information.

8. Advertising and Meta

We may use Meta ads, including Facebook or Instagram ads, to invite people to visit this website.

If you arrive from a Meta ad, Meta may process information about your interaction with the ad according to Meta’s own privacy policy and advertising systems.

At the time of this Privacy Policy, this website does not use Meta Pixel or Meta conversion tracking.

If we later add Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, cookies or similar advertising technologies to this website, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request cookie or tracking consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

9. Cookies and technical data

This website may collect basic technical information necessary for the website to function and remain secure, such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • approximate location derived from technical data;
  • date and time of access;
  • pages visited;
  • security and error logs.

This technical data may be processed by our hosting, security or infrastructure providers.

We do not currently use this information to identify individual visitors for advertising purposes.

10. Where data is stored

The website and report system may use third-party technical infrastructure, including cloud hosting, storage and security providers.

This may include services such as Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare KV, Cloudflare R2 or similar infrastructure used to operate the website, store submissions and deliver reports.

Data may be stored or processed in countries different from your country of residence, depending on the infrastructure used by our service providers.

11. Who we share data with

We may share or process data with trusted service providers only where necessary to operate the service, including:

  • website hosting and cloud infrastructure providers;
  • storage providers;
  • AI tools used to help prepare reports;
  • security and anti-abuse systems;
  • analytics or advertising platforms, if added in the future and disclosed in this policy.

We do not sell your questionnaire answers.

We do not share your individual report answers with employers, recruiters, insurance companies or financial institutions.

12. How long we keep data

We may keep pilot submissions, reports and feedback for the duration of the pilot project and for a limited review period afterwards in order to improve the service and methodology.

As a general rule, pilot data may be kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for security, legal, operational or product development reasons.

We may keep aggregated or anonymised insights for longer, provided they no longer identify an individual person.

13. Your private access code

When you request a report, you receive or use a private access code.

Because we do not require your name or email address, your access code is the main way to identify your submission or report.

If you contact us about your report or request deletion, we may ask you to provide your access code so that we can find the relevant record.

Please keep your access code private. Anyone with access to your code may be able to access your report.

14. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • request a copy of your information where technically possible.

Because this website does not require a name or email address, we may not be able to locate your data unless you provide your private access code or enough information to identify the relevant submission.

15. Children

Before UBI is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Please do not use this website or submit the questionnaire if you are under 18.

16. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

However, no website, cloud system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should avoid submitting unnecessary identifying or sensitive information.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially as Before UBI develops from a pilot project into a broader service.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
